Willing to sell my site PokerHelp.org. Reason for sale is i dont have time to develop it and im working on badvariance.com full time.

Google adwords says: 9900 searches per month for poker help. Also upon researching the top ranking sites, it shouldnt be too hard to become #1 for this KW given the absolute match boost.

Site includes all the templates and files on the site + reviews alreadys written. The design was re-used design of a design i origionally had custom made for me on Poker.vg - The design is owned by me and this is the only other site that uses this design theme. Purchaser of the site will be able to use this design on this site, and other sites they own if they wish, however it may not be given away for free or sold to other webmasters. This is a condition of the sale.

I have spent well over the $500 minimum having the site designed.
The domain also has some decent value IMO.
