Poker Video/Training Site - Looking For The Right Partner

I'm interested in opening up an opportunity to partner with someone on my already established free poker training site. We already rank well for various phrases and get 50-100 visitors a day but I've run into a wall as far as the time and energy I can put into the project.

This website operates on a custom coded platform - but please disregard the design we simply threw something up as at the time I wanted to focus my budget on the coding.

What's brilliant about our plan is we have custom coded the ability for coaches and other coaching brands to work with us - on a profit share system. This truly creates the first "open source" poker training site on the market.

More details will be shared with a qualified interested party - including traffic details as well as a look at our custom backend. I am going to post the link below, but please do understand it's basically a project of halted development.

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a partner that is a credible player/coach or someone that has an idea how to run a poker training site - possibly an existing company would work. I require a "buy in" to show you are serious - for sake of speculation lets say that amount is $5,000 - the % of ownership is up to date but ideally I'm looking to completely back myself out of any obligations other than marketing the brand itself - I simply don't have time to devote to this project as it really should be a full time project to be done right.

This project has MASSIVE potential - the key is in adding some credible players to it's backbone to get started. Free poker videos are a growing market, and I believe that incentivizing participation in the form of revenue sharing is a great way to build a community of players interested in learning together. With little work on our part, I believe the site could go "turnkey" and basically run itself - but I'd like to add the trust factor of actual experts before jumping into it full speed.

As I do believe so strongly in the sites potential - I'm also willing to negotiate my level of retained % of ownership. I expect to keep anywhere from 20-80% of ownership depending on what you have to offer. For the right partner, I'm absolutely willing to remove myself as the majority share holder.

Traffic has dropped since this post, due to May Day and me not putting one second of time into this site in the last six months.

I've come to the realization I'm too damn lazy to pull this site off, not to mention I don't have the technical (and player) skills to be able to do this on my own.

I'm open to selling, but I prefer to hold a % of company if deal is possible - as I massively believe in the forward thinking potential of this proect especially expanding into niches outside of poker.
