I have some small (1-10 page) sites that I want to sell. Some are domains I picked up at auction that have web history and others are fairly new. For the most part I just threw up small sites and pointed some links to them. I was really just getting them indexed for use down the road. A couple of the domains are the best there is for that particular niche. All of the out-bound links are to my other sites and can be taken down. I've used the same general template on each of them so exclusive rights to the design is not included but you can use it however you want of course. I'm only accepting Paypal.
