Well Established Poker Site with Great Google Rankings and Good Revenue

I am selling my web site InstantPokerMoney.com. This is a complete web site sale. All of the content pages, forums, members, email lists, etc. are included in the sale.

Instant Poker Money (IPM) is primarily a poker resource site for players who want free money or bonuses to play poker. The site has many poker room reviews, with a focus on poker rooms that offer bonuses with no deposit needed. It also features a current list of offers from other sites, such as the free bankroll promotions. IPM also has some exclusive promotions. Visitors can receive instant money bonuses which are only available through IPM.



History

I brought IPM from the previous owner in July 2009. The revenues started of a little slow as you have to build a player base from scratch as the old owner kept his affiliate accounts. But revenues picked up quickly and I've made good money since, would expect to get into the $2k/month very shortly.



Reason for Sale

I play poker at a fairly high level, I brought this site thinking that all the current members would be very interested from learning from me and I could use it as a base to build a profitable poker school. This was a harder task than I anticipated, I overestimated my ability to teach players who just play for fun into winners. I am in no rush to sell this site as it makes good money without doing anything, however I am aware that I not making the most of the site and will sell it if there is an interest.

I currently do little to no work on the site, I check my emails, respond to potential advertisers but that is about it.





Poker League

When I brought the site there were two poker leagues running. As of April this year they have both stopped. One (Pitbull poker) went bust and the other I stopped in April as did not really have time to continue running it. The members of my site would love to participate in another league and a simply email to all my subscribers or forum would get a lot of them back to play. At their picks the leagues were generating another $300 profit each.

There's almost 3200 forum members and 700 league members. These guys should have a league to play in so they can generate profit for the owner. The forum is not as active as it once was but with a more active owner and a league things will return.

I have little desire to find a new poker league and promote it. To be completely honest I have more profitable ways to spend my time but it is a waste for the site not to have a league hence I figured I'd try to sell IPM.



IPM also has a mailing list with ~ 1200 subscribers.





Affiliate Accounts

When I brought this site I did not get the affiliate accounts from the previous owner. This was a mistake as it took a while to build up the numbers to where they are now. I will include the affiliate accounts wherever possible to the next owner.





Escrow

We will of course use an escrow service to transfer the site and money to each other.



Reserve

As per Flippa's TOS I will not be revealing the reserve price so please do not ask.



After Sales Training Support

There really is nothing to learn with the site as it is all very basic and I have little to no webmaster experience and was able to do it no problems but I will help you wherever I can.

Revenue Details

Revenue is around $1200 - $1600 a month with around $30 or so expenses (hosting and newsletter). The revenue is mainly split between CPA deals where we give away free poker bankrolls through sites like PokerStrategy.com and revenue shares from Carbon, Skypoker etc. We also have a few pre-paid banner advertisements.



At some rooms IPM generates ~300 signups so revshare builds month on month quite nicely.



This site makes $1200+ a month for me with zero effort. If even just a little work was done every month it would make $2k+ easily.



Google Rankings

We have been ranked highly for key poker terms such as: instant poker money, free poker money, no deposit poker... etc for many years and get a lot of highly targeted traffic that converts very well.



Affiliate Account Details

Since I am including the accounts I will include a little more information on them:

SkyBet: IPM has 2400+ players tagged to our trackers on 25% revshare.

PDC Affiliates: IPM has 500+ players tagged at 40% revshare.

Poker Strategy: IPM has 800+ players tagged on a progressive CPA model.



These are just a few of IPM's sponsors and as you can see with this amount of people already referred you will be making the same amount of money I currently do from day 1! These accounts have great value as they have many active players.
Traffic Details

Traffic stats for March 2010:

Daily unique visits: 230

Daily page views: 803

86% of the traffic comes from search engines, these visitors are highly targeted and signup to IPMs offers, generating 1000+ signups.



The vistor numbers would've been much higher if IPM had been running a league last month!
