Default Up to 2% of online gambling company

I own slightly more than 2% of private online gambling company. I'm now looking to sell these shares. Here is some information. More information is available for serious buyers, also the CEO of the company has very kindly promised to discuss the future of the company with everyone who might actually be interested in investing.

    - The company has been online since 2006
    - Monthly revenue depends slightly on the month (i.e summer months are worst and winter best). But it is between 750,000 and 550,000 euros. Most of the revenue comes in form of poker rake.
    - There are around 140,000 registered customers.
    - No USA players are accepted at the moment, so there is some additional potential.
    - On top of poker the company offers casino games and sports betting. Bingo will be added in the future.
    - The new CEO of the company has been running it for little over a year and a definete turn for better can be seen thanks to that.
    - There is lot of untapped potential. For an example the company doesn't at the moment offer casino bonus, sports betting bonus nor does it have a real affiliate system for those. All those things should be coming in the near future.
    - For the first time in the company's history a SEO project was started couple months ago and already the rankings for certain nice terms have improved nicely.

    Why I'm selling?
Having been owner in this company for over 3½ years I now want to focus on other projects.

    Pricing:
3.8€ a share. The price itself is non-negotiable. But I'm willing to negotiate about a possible insurance, i.e you pay now 3€ and if revenue increases as decided upon you pay additional money based on the revenue. I have 17,000 shares which places the price for the whole lot at slightly less than 64,600€. The whole company has about 800,000 shares which places the value of the company at 3.04million€. In other words its priced only at about 6 months revenue, much cheaper then most of the publicly listed companies.

New: $5,000 reward for the person who finds buyer for these, see the last message.

It's a tough sellers market right now, regardless of the value. I think many potential buyers, especially in the US, are in a "wait and see mode" before making any additional investments.

I've become largely a buyer in this market - I think people are foolish to "wait it out" you will never get ahead in this industry doing that.

I’ve had some contacts from these affiliate forums regarding the shares, but so far I haven’t been able to find one buyer who would take all the shares. But I’m sure there are people who would be happy to buy them for the price listed. I just don’t really know them and don’t have a way to contact them. So I’m offering $5,000 cash reward for the person who finds me buyer for these shares. Yes, simply put me in contact with someone who buys them all and you get $5,000.

    Some rules:
The $5,000 reward is only available if you find a person who buys all the shares at that 3.8€ and pays promptly after a deal has been reached.
I will pay you the $5,000 as soon as I receive the moneys. Payment can be made with PayPal, Moneybookers and bank wire transfer. Alternatively the buyer can also pay the $5,000 directly to you, but in that case I will require some proof of the transaction before the shares are handed over. Just in case that there won’t be any threads about me not paying what I promised.

Puts me in contact is defined as finds a person that contacts me regarding the shares. I can be contacted both with PM on these forums and with email at playcasino777 “at” gmail dot com. The referrer must contact me separately and tell who they put me in contact with. I would ask both interested buyers and people who are referring someone to avoid posting in this thread – just to avoid all the possible scam attempts.

I’m not trying to scam anyone with these shares and for an example the company gets less than 1% of it’s revenue from France, so there is really nothing shady going on. I’m just tired of this industry after 10 years in it.
