WTS Google Page 1 Rakeback Site

About three months ago when i sold therakebackmafia.com i started seo'ing another of my rakeback sites to rank for rakeback. I then moved on to promoting casino and basically forgot about it.

It's finally reached google page 1 for rakeback and i've realised that i have no desire to become involved in rakeback affiliating again. Because of this, i'd like to sell it.

I've no idea about actual traffic as i don't have analytics installed, but i know from recent experience that google page 1 brings around 70 uniques per day.

Once i recieve the min offer of $4k i'll leave this open for two days to give everybody a chance, then it'll be sold. An $8k offer buys you it immediately.

I think that more importantly, you are missing the income that the site has/is making at the moment.

I have an issue with sites that are priced so high without some sort of indication as to why you feel they are worth that much.

Why dont you try to reach page one of Google for rakeback and various other related terms, with 4k to invest and then come back and continue trolling peoples sales threads.

For your information i like the site and was contemplating looking to making an offer on the site but in order to part with a minimum offer of $4k i want to know what i get for my investment.

I'm not looking to 'troll' anything, just make sure that i'm not about to invest into a site that isn't earning from the first page of google.....

This is a standard website from RaketheRake, looks 100% like mine ;-)
However, I am even not in Google's top100, so congrats for your SEO work. Do you have any hints how you did this with a site without unique content?

His last sales thread went round and round about the backlink profile - to sellers credit he seemed pretty honest and open about it and the risks involved. Def buyer beware of the risks on this one.
