Starting price seems fair...but:

1. Lots of people are trying to sell right now so totally oversaturated market (high supply)
2. Lots of people already have pr0 sites with a handful of links (low demand)
3. PLO demand?

Not knocking the site...just bad timing at the moment IMO. Look through the websites for sale forum here (and domains for that matter) and look at how many sites have sold compared to how many listings are up. Sad but true.

Other then that I like the domain, site looks nice and clean, and I can see some value. Good luck with the sale.
