Selling www.PlayHoldem.org site. The domain is very well converting exact match domain. According to the Keywords Play Holdem gets 1,600 exact searches per month and Play Hold em (im assuming this is mostly play hold'em) 1,000 exact searches per month.

The site comes with 10 to 20 pages of content, depending on how you count. 8 of those pages have been bought from a respected PAL writer.

There is some traffic, but I don't know about signups (most likely very few if any at the moment).

It ranks currently in top 10 for Internet Holdem
And somewhere on the second page for Play Holdem

So with couple links etc. shouldn't be too hard to get it to good rankings.

I would prefer payment with PayPal or moneybookers.

Domain is registered at Godaddy. And I will transfer it only to other godaddy account.
