Bump because i've been working the past few days on turning this 1 page site into a real site while experimenting with wordpress 3.0. Shoot me a pm if anyone is interested.

I would like to know if there is interest to decide whether or not to keep grinding out content and images, or take a little break. Thanks for looking.

for general info, i meant that i would like to know if there is current interest so i would continue to immediately work on it and have it completed & ready to transfer in the next few days. (completed content, completed room images, potential additional toplists etc.)

Interest would also allow me to ask for specific rooms that the interested person would like to include in the site. Thanks for the post, i sent a pm.

well, this just got complicated, i installed analytics yesterday and see the site is getting search traffic already. Ranking for "best holdem poker sites", "best online holdem sites" etc. already with no real seo! Shoot Man! To be broke, or not to be broke, that is the question.

Okay, this site is officially completely for sale. you can see on it that i have created unique content with a legitimate effort on several pages.

After installing analytics, i can see that the site is already getting 2-5 daily unique search hits for some high converting phrases and it has recieved 1 sign-up to PokerStars this month so far from what i can see.

If someone Offers to purchase the site from me, i will immediately complete that second tier of toplist pages and try to improve some other pages as well. I will also create room listing images for more rooms that the buyer would like to promote on the site and provide the psd file, which is very organized and easily edited in photoshop.

The site is a straight forward and simple setup in Wordpress 3.0 that is simply pages and html with some custom css styles i've added. I will setup a complete typography reference page as well showing all of the added stylings for the buyer. I will also link all of the affiliate links to php files so that the buyer can quickly switch out affiliate links from one spot. The transfer will be smooth and you'll be getting a turnkey site that can be seo'd to make money at present, and easily expanded as well into more listing pages, blog, site news, etc....

Im selling because i need a chunk of change so i can focus on another semester at school coming up while being able to improve some of my other domains...and feel like this site is probably one of the easiest things to sell.

I think this is priced very well as it is a site that has conversion power, a good domain which has been indexed for a couple months already, and is easily worth the listed price in terms of seo linkage potential for other sites as well.
