- minimum of PR2
- minimum 1 year old
- only website with your own domain name (no public domains, such as: wordpress.com, blogspot, etc.)
- include your price (do not waste time asking me how much I would pay, include your price in PM)
- do not send re-vamped sites unless it has been re-vamped for minimum of 1 year
