Looking for $10K for BadVariance.com. The site has the following features:

- 100% origional design, custom coding and wordpress integration.
- Pagerank 3, 5000+ yahoo links, 1year+ domain, dmoz listing.
- Over 75 high quality written articles.
- Traffic between 100 and 250 unique visitors per day. Average of 2.5pv per visitor. 5500 unique visitors last month.

Site currently makes very little income, 1-2 rmp per month due to being monetized really badly. New owner would need to monetize the pages better to increase profits, site has alot of potential imo.

Why sell? I have a few ideas for other projects i want to do and feel like i bit off more than i can chew with this site, new owner could turn this into a massive poker community.
