Clarification on what Im selling: ~2.15% of shares of un-listed online gambling company (in other words it is a private company that is not listed in any stock exchange. An example of this would be Full Tilt Poker). Gambling company means an actually company that offers casino games, poker and sports betting for real money. Not an affiliate site.
On top of this Im selling an revenue share affiliate account that I have on this site, this affiliate account comes with hundreds of registered players on who I earn affiliate income on their poker rake, casino losses and on their sports betting losses.
On top of the gambling company shares and the affiliate account Im selling several mini-sites about this gambling company. These include for an example site that has a review about this gambling company as well as a site that offers rakeback for this gambling companys poker room. These are affiliate sites, so I earn affiliate income on the players who sign up through these mini sites. An example of this type of mini site would be fulltiltrakeback.com.
The shares:
17,000 of around 800,000 stocks (slightly over 2% of all the stocks) of European gambling company that doesnt at the moment accept players from the USA.
Basics of the company:
- Rather well known gambling company, known especially for their poker room.
- The company has also betting and casino games. Bingo will come soon.
- Monthly revenue is between 750,000 and 550,000.
- Most of the revenue is from poker rake, efforts are put in place to increase the amount of casino and betting revenue.
- Small monthly profit is made at the moment.
- The last share dividends were paid out in 2009, total of 850,000 was paid out in 2008 and 2009.
The CEO of the company has agreed to answers the possible questions you might have regarding it and the future of the company.
Basics of the affiliate account:
Poker income + casino & betting income + sub-affiliate income
April: 1,000+100+200 = 1,300
May: 1,280+230+200 1,710
June: 1,440+20+200 = 1,660
All the above numbers are pure profit numbers after possible rake race fees.
July: 1,260+unkown+400
- 200 in rake race fees.
Betting and especially casino will go up starting from this month (probably considerably) due to couple reasons mainly related to the mini sites.
Numbers based on the current non-sliding affiliate deal that will move over to the new owner. New owner might be able to negotiate better deal at least on casino & betting. No bundling between any products (includes casino and betting even though they are listed together above) nor negative carryover.
The mini sites:
XXXsignupcode.com (the name that the company uses for bonus code on signup form)
XXXrakeback.net
XXXreview.com
XXXbonus.com
XXXvip.COM + .NET (domain) + .INFO (domain)
XXX = company name. They have no problems with these sites.
All rank well.
