Default Stocks, mini sites, 1,500€+/m aff account + $5,000 reward

Clarification on what I’m selling: ~2.15% of shares of un-listed online gambling company (in other words it is a private company that is not listed in any stock exchange. An example of this would be Full Tilt Poker). Gambling company means an actually company that offers casino games, poker and sports betting for real money. Not an affiliate site.

On top of this I’m selling an revenue share affiliate account that I have on this site, this affiliate account comes with hundreds of registered players on who I earn affiliate income on their poker rake, casino losses and on their sports betting losses.

On top of the gambling company shares and the affiliate account I’m selling several mini-sites about this gambling company. These include for an example site that has a review about this gambling company as well as a site that offers rakeback for this gambling company’s poker room. These are affiliate sites, so I earn affiliate income on the players who sign up through these mini sites. An example of this type of mini site would be fulltiltrakeback.com.

    The shares:

17,000 of around 800,000 stocks (slightly over 2% of all the stocks) of European gambling company that doesn’t at the moment accept players from the USA.

    Basics of the company:

    - Rather well known gambling company, known especially for their poker room.
    - The company has also betting and casino games. Bingo will come soon.
    - Monthly revenue is between 750,000€ and 550,000€.
    - Most of the revenue is from poker rake, efforts are put in place to increase the amount of casino and betting revenue.
    - Small monthly profit is made at the moment.
    - The last share dividends were paid out in 2009, total of 850,000€ was paid out in 2008 and 2009.

The CEO of the company has agreed to answers the possible questions you might have regarding it and the future of the company.

    Basics of the affiliate account:

Poker income + casino & betting income + sub-affiliate income

    April: 1,000€+100€+200€ = 1,300€
    May: 1,280€+230+200€ 1,710€
    June: 1,440€+20€+200€ = 1,660€
All the above numbers are pure profit numbers after possible rake race fees.
    July: 1,260€+unkown+400€
    - 200€ in rake race fees.
Betting and especially casino will go up starting from this month (probably considerably) due to couple reasons mainly related to the mini sites.

Numbers based on the current non-sliding affiliate deal that will move over to the new owner. New owner might be able to negotiate better deal at least on casino & betting. No bundling between any products (includes casino and betting even though they are listed together above) nor negative carryover.

    The mini sites:

XXXsignupcode.com (the name that the company uses for bonus code on signup form)
    XXXrakeback.net
    XXXreview.com
    XXXbonus.com
    XXXvip.COM + .NET (domain) + .INFO (domain)

XXX = company name. They have no problems with these sites.

    All rank well.

    Pricing, payment, etc:

    Prices:

See this post: NoiQ poker stocks.

Payments with PayPal (have to see how much I’m able to accept there), MoneyBookers, bank wire transfer or with person-to-person transfer at this site.

Someone sent me a great question: It is possible to get together a group of people and buy the shares. So if you want to you can for an example get together 5 guys who each put up the same amount of money (or different) and then divide the shares among them. This is not an issue and can easily be done.
In some way it's even great as if you have a group of people who each will tell to some of their friends about the site and/or will advertise it, it alone should do good for the share value.

The combination of the Bwin & Party Merger and the news about the possible US legislation seem to have boosted majority of the gambling company stocks a good amount today. As a site that has not taken any players during the UIGEA from USA there might be a huge amount of potential with this. Not to mention that the shares are already priced at around 4-5 month revenue, when the industry standard is 10+.

Can't this fool already be banned? He is obviously absolutely clueless and only trying to pick fights on the forum.

How about instead of that kind of teenager stuff and "lol"s you tell me what in this thread is not true? And how is the pricing too high?
I'm sure that it annoys you that there are people who have actually done well in this industry, as opposed to having the highlight of their gambling career being playing nl50, posting to BBV and managing to create a 10 page thread about not getting a $100 refund. Which you may or may not deserve based on your actions.

lol. I haven't even played poker for quite awhile, sick read. But it's funny that you don't see how shady your post is, no one could even decipher what it is if you wanted.

Keep firing away though. Go back ahead with what you were doing.

Again, you keep talking shit but not actually saying anything (though I guess that is pretty much the definition of talking shit). Exactly what is shady about the post?

I'll send a PM since I'll end up arguing anyway and it's pointless.
