I've listed this site on here before but have done alot of work on it and wanted to make a new thread with some detailed info about the site setup.

If i can make a deal with someone on PAL today or tomorrow at the latest, i will sell it for (edit, this deal is no longer available..



Sale Points.

- Great domain for high converting terms, have had 2 signups to Pokerstars on it this month

- Wordpress 3.0 setup on a standard template, with some custom typography additions in the custom css file. Very Clean and to the point for the type of traffic it should be optimized for.

- About 25+ images made for rooms and will be making a few more, so that you can easily adjust room positions and use them for reviews if you decide to expand the site with more rankings and reviews. Organized Room Image PSD each room in its own layer folder....If buyer specifically wants some additional rooms, i'll make the images for them...

- Very simple html layouts that are reader friendly and easy to adjust.

- Very Seo friendly, I've edited the template so that it automatically echos page titles in 3 spots without hindering the readability of the site.

- Already added alot of genuine content that is pretty good and optimized for terms directly related to high converting phrases associated with the domain.

- Alll published affiliate links are already pointing to disallowed redirect php files. Owner simply needs to insert affiliate links into the files.

- Easy transfer, and i know people on here seem to like wordpress which is why i set it up that way, or else i would have used joomla.

- Buyer will get a ready to convert ranking site that simply needs some link building and aging, and can easily expand some fluff content and add a news / blog section because its a widget ready WP site

Anyways, i still have several ranking pages to complete and tweek, but need to at least list the site and see if their is immediate interest.
