Looking to sell my baby. Site has been built from the ground up.

It gets around 100-150 unique visitors a day mainly from search engines and direct visitors. Bounce rate is around 30%.
A total of around 6000 visitors a month.
Over 35000 unique posts.
Over 130 active members.
Ranked front page for "poker forums" on g.co.uk and g.com.


We use to sell private advertising on the site for around 1-2k a month, however we have never really monetized through using affiliate partnerships.

The reason to sell is that I have no time to maintain any more, though the community is active it needs input from admins and with my new job it is becoming harder and harder to participate. We would be willing to make a deal with the future buyer to stay active for a few months to enable the change over.
