I'm still on discussions with couple people regarding these but I'm tired of the waiting games so I'm just listing them here with full disclosure and allow others also the chance to buy them with the conditions we have discussed.

The shares are of NoiQ.com (best known as NoiQ poker). Site that is listed on all the major rakeback sites and on ton of other portals. Price is 3€ per share and minimum purchase is 500 shares. Total of 16,500 shares are for sale. The whole company has 800,000 shares. Meaning that the company is valued at 2.4million€.

NoiQSignupcode .com (the official name for the registration code). This site ranks extremely well for bunch of NoiQ related stuff such as "NoiQ", "NoiQ poker" and "NoiQPoker". And actually ranks pretty much for all the other NoiQ stuff as well. PR1. This site already brings about 15-20 signups per month. If I keep this site the next goal is to get it rank number one for all the specific NoiQ product signup code phrases i.e "NoiQ poker signup code", it is very close to top for these but not quite #1. Price for this site is 3,500€.

NoiQBonus .com

Ranks second for NoiQ bonus. No clue about the traffic. Price 250€.

NoiQreview .com

Ranks second for NoiQ review. No clue about the traffic. Price 250€.

NoiQrakeback .net

Ranks 8th for NoiQ rakeback. The phrase gets 390 exact searches per month according to google. PR is 0 at the moment but should go up in the next update. The site has a nice little design that allows people to send their details in order to confirm that they are correctly tracked for the rakeback deal. Price 1,000€.

NoiQVIP .com + domains NOIQVIP .net and .info

NoiQVIP .com is the oldest of all my NoiQ domains. It has been online since 2007 and is PR1 so it might be best suited for advertising YOUR other websites. Price for all three together 400€.

Price for all the mini sites together is 4,500€.

All domains are registered at godaddy. All the mini sites are joomla based and extremely easy to edit etc.

For payments I can accept at least: Neteller, PayPal, Cake Poker transfer, NoiQ poker transfer, bank wire and moneybookers.

Affiliate account and 500 shares have been sold. Upon request I also added separate price for each mini site.
Also I know that some people might have concerns with using the site name in the mini site domains and thus I will agree that if somehow you are told within 3 months of the deal that you cant use the domain I will refund you the full price and you will get to keep all the income and players generated by the site, as well as the actual site.
This naturally excludes the cases where you do something major to provoke this action. Example of this would be advertising sites other than NoiQ.

This pricing is not valid at the moment. Yesterday's rake was already considerably up from July and August and there was a small rake increase this morning, so I have to re-think the pricing.
