i really feel like it should be SOP that domains / sites with trademarks in their URL put up for sale on PAL be tagged with the caveat that such domains may not be legal to own.

I'm not trying to be smart but who is "her" ?

Also, I agree this sounds shady. I am looking for a site or domains on PAL more and more now. Sometimes some really good deals pop up here. This however makes me nervous.
