I am putting out one of my sites for 24 hours for sale to see what action it gets.
I am in process to buy a larger site tomorrow hence the 24 hour, if I dont get a closed deal by tomorrow I will let it sit.

Traffic; 4358 uniques in Jan so far.
PR; 4
Indexed pages; 987 pure unique content.
Domain; footballinsight.org


The site is just recently moneytized with toplist, however is getting some good clicks this month already.

Preferable sold without trackers, however for the right bid it can be sold with a Bet365 account which had following stats in Jan;
- 211 active sport users
- $9,233 in value of deposits
- Jan affiliate commision up til now $1549

Looking for a quick and smooth deal at right value.

Chris, it's a nice looking site ... well done.

However, I'd like to know a few things :

1) What is the CMS for inputing news, stories etc.
2) Who currently does the work inputting news - is it you - or a contract? What costs? Time? $$?
3) You appear to be using professional (and copyrighted) pictures with the news? Purchased or ...

Basically, I'm trying to work out what associated costs (both in time and/or cash) that this site will take to operate going forward - whether it's a turnkey operation or whether I would need to allocate resources to maintain the interest and visitor levels.

1) This site is a Word Press site, so adding news or any other content as well as pictures is very simple. Adding a article takes less than minute.
2) I am inputing the new myself, however I have a very good content writer to writes most of the content. Roughly 12USD per article, I am sure he would be happy to continue writing and he is very relighable.
3) Some of the pictures I have received from people at the games or simmiliar others I have bought.

I would be happy to show how it works with Team Viewer how it takes to run the daily operations, but it takes very little time.

Had some issues with 1 of the bidders who had the highest bid that didnt comply with their final offer, so I letting it got today for $2,250 if it´s a closing today.
