Traffic: No Clue
Revenue: No Clue

What you see is what you get. I worked pretty hard on the site for a while, and then just realized it is not what I am trying to do. I will NEVER ever have the time to develop this site. Obviously, that is normally the typical reason for selling.

Anyways....I do not know what the traffic is, it does not make any money (my affiliate links are hardly even in place). I never had the chance to actually try to make anything out of this site.

So where is the value? Well, I guess it is only worth what someone will pay. However, I see the value within the development of the site thus far. Also, there are around 33 pages of unique content on the site. Then I guess if you think the domain is worth anything, that could have value too? Idk.

The site is on a Joomla platform.

So if anyone wants it, then make me an offer.

BIN - $1500

Why? - Because I put more than that into it...and I would rather let it sit there and do nothing than sell it for too much less. Reasonable offers are acceptable. I don't need anyone to tell me how big of an idiot I am for thinking my site is worth that much. If you like it, then buy it, if not then don't

Attractive site that you have there but i would suggest lowering the BIN due to the fact that when i had a look about, there is next to no content.

Thanks for the tip PokerFelts. If someone wants to make an offer they are more than welcome. If it doesn't sell - then it doesn't sell. If it does, then cool - less I have on my plate.

It's not unreasonable and he's open to lower offers, there is still some reasonable amount of work that has gone into this site, about 7 reviews a nice looking layout and a few random articles - could be a decent start for someone looking to save some work and improve it.

Good luck on the sale, I think lowering your BIN a bit will help.

I have not tried to acquire any links. That was kinda the whole point to the long description. To avoid comments like that. I am fully aware of how many links I have.

The only reason I said that is because you put the site was 2 years old. I tried to look up the age but nothing came back. Were you saying the URL is 2 years old or the actual site is 2 years old?

That would make more sense. Regardless posting the age is kind of irrelevant if it has not been archived. That age posted will have little to no weight in SEO terms as I am thinking the OP was trying to imply.
