WTS Poker Strategy/Coaching Site

I'm trying to focus on a few of my main sites so I've decided I need to sell some of my sites so I'm not spread too think.

The site is url removed and as you can guess is a focused poker strategy and coaching site. This site does need some work, I have been spread way too thin working on my own and with some work this site could be great. This is ranks great for coaching and tutoring related keywords and has some coaching videos from some very good players. It has about 40 pages at the moment and soem decent backlinks that will stay.

The site gets between 20-30 visits a day, mostly form coaching related terms and room reviews. The site also ranks in the top 2-3 for Leggo Poker and SNG icons, two very good poker training sites. I have a deal worked out with them to allow me to provide free memberships to players for signing up for rooms or to use as giveaways.

This deal will be able to be renewed by the new owner at the end of Feb. these programs also have affiliate programs going if you wanted to go that route.

Site income

The income for the site isn't great if you don't count the Training site memberships every month.

The site right now is making about $200-$250 a month mainly from Reefer Poker, Redstar Poker, Bodog, and Carbon.. I was getting another $100-200 a month (1-2 RMP) from Bodog when I was promoting them, but I do not promote them anymore on any of my sites. Also, had a 3 PMP Pokerstars signups the last couple months and 2 aced poker players

Anyway, like I said I think this is a site with potential for someone that has the time to continue to develop it. I've had several offers from poker coaching wanting to advertise their services on there, but I've just been too busy in other areas to follow up. But that is another potential income source. The site does have two links that will need to stay for a while too..

Affiliate accounts do not come with the site.
