Start Up Site Almost Ready For Sale

Hi all,

Seeing that so many people were offering start up services to people i thought that i would look to create the same service while writing my own content.

As many of you will know i am a writer here and have written for a number of people on the site.

I am not too far off the completion of the site that i'm looking to sell in order to fund offline ventures and so i thought that i would open the site up to offers from now so that once complete it has a home straight away.

At the moment the site isn't indexed but at a little less than a week old that's expected but the amount of content already on the site means that the spiders have some work to do.

The buyer will get the site and the Spades Poker Theme that i bought to use on the site.

Currently the content on the site consists of:

News - 8 posts (listed 7 in the featured news area too)
Promotions - 2 posts
Poker Sites - 1 post (just a summary about FT)
Poker Strategy - 3 posts

I have just written a PokerStars review for the site too, so that will be getting placed onto the site too to fall into line with the left sidebar area.

There is still content to be added to the site such as bonus pages with moving .gif files with the new owners bonus codes featuring in the area that new members have to place the code, allowing them to see where they should type your code to get their bonus.

I would think that the site will start to become indexed over the next few days and once that happens you will have a ready to go site.

I would like to work on the site until Monday next week adding more content to the site, so anyone buying the site will get more content that is currently on there and means that any requests for content can be done (within reason).

I will also offer a reduced cost for further articles once the site switches ownership, reducing my CPW for the new owner only.

Hopefully this will sell quickly but should i not get the offer on the site i'm looking for then i will keep hold of the site and instead look to earn through the affiliate banners that i have placed at the moment.

Ok guys,

With a little interest in this at the moment i thought i would outline the plans for the site before i hand the site over to anyone who buys it:

Poker strategy articles - 7 more will be added
Poker News - A daily post placed onto the site
Custom Logo - Can provide this for a small extra charge ($20) or free if sale is $800 or more.
Bonus images - I will be creating gif images that feature the buyers promo code (flashing)
Full Tilt Poker Download - Will be creating a walk through that will feature images

Hopefully this will answer some of the questions that have been asked and might open the desire for people to start making offers.
