What do you think is a PR3 website with 50 pages of content worth?

I have the opportunity to buy a website. The URL goes something like

xxx.bonuscode-tips.com (this is not the real url)

The site has about 50 pages indexed, is 6 months old, is not yet monetized (the owner stopped working on the site) and the homepage has PR3.

I think that the content and the domain name is not very valuable I think. But the site is a bit aged and has PR3.

What would be a very rough guess from some you what a fair price could be?

All guesses will be speculation without inspecting quality of coding, design, content, seo/structure/ domain, backlink profile.

Any PR3 could whore off 1k in links and kill the site while not providing any longterm value to the buyer if thats what you mean.

I would have to rework most of the site; so yes, that "minimal" value is what I am looking for.
