Player ranking: how to do it, who does it?

I was thinking about making a player ranking, which would get data from poker rooms.

Do you know what would I need to do that? Any recommendation for someone that can code this?

mysterious secret. Before tableratings existed i contacted a few coders to create a tableratings site and was told its impossible to do. Kinda a huge regret for me TBH.
