Anyone know someone that can code a wordpress theme?

I have the PSD files and am looking for someone that can do some good work coding the files to work with wordpress. There are a couple of functions though nothing super crazy, but looking for a recommendation of someone that has some experience doing this. I have heard pretty bad things about them actually from some PAL members. Anyone know anyone else?

What have you heard? I've been using them for a while and been happy with the standard of the code for the money.

I'm pretty sure the owner outsources the projects to different coders, so I may have been lucky on each occasion. Still, interested to hear about bad experiences though just incase.

I helped someone with their site and thought the css coding was confusing and not really efficient to me (Took too much code to display the psd design).

It is a good price though, definitely cheaper than what I charge.
