2 Simple? WP Questions

I have two questions regarding wordpress that are probably not too tough for someone who knows what they are doing with wordpress.

1. I am looking to link the "author name" which appears at the bottom of all my articles to all articles written by that author. Is there are code you can insert for this?

2. Currently on my wordpress posts page there is nowhere that visitors can click "older posts" or "next page" at the bottom like most would/should have. Is there a simple way to add this into the code?
