    Why do you change the position with the -100? (In my mind you have 1 image when hovered the other shows) and when writing the image locations you leave the http/site name out? (just to be sure where the image is I give the full address that bad?) sry for the hijack just curious.

    First, you do not have to leave out the http://, some leave it in because it makes it harder to steal your entire site at once. But either way is really fine.

    Second, you change the position like that because it is one image. So you have an image that is 100px by 200px. then your <div> is only 100px high, that way it is covering the rest of the image (which is the hover part). So when you change the position by 100px, you are essentially moving the image up to show the bottom half of the image.
