Default WordPress Search And Replace Function

    Hey Guys,

I need to update a bonus code on a site with a ton of pages, and it's driving me nuts.

Is there a plugin that will replace certain words by another ?

I know they had the interlinking plugin that worked similarly, so maybe they have a plugin for this use case.

    Thanks

    Seb

Yes there is, try like SH-Auto Link ..

It's meant to change words to links, and I don't have it installed anywhere or i'd check for ya to see if it'll change a word to a word.

There are others too though, I just dunno what they're called :P
    I write about:
    • Poker
    • Sportsbetting
    • Bingo
    • Casinos
    • Forex
    • Online Dating
    • Real Estate

Thanks Cathy, tried that, but the plugin doesn't carry that functionality.

Looks like there is a plugin for it, lol.

    Trying this now.

Should do what r360 was saying.

    Cheers

Update: Wow, it worked like a charm. Updated like 300 occurrences in seconds, and I manually verified it too.

    Sick plugin, would recommend it.

You can just do this using sql in phpmyadmin

UPDATE tablename SET tablefield = replace(tablefield,"find","replace")
