Weird Google Caching Issue

Look at the navigation bar on the right and try to scroll down. The entire design length expands to infinity. I just hired the worst designer ever, and I'm concerned he broke the html very bad or something. The caching happened just after his design was complete.

Worst than that, my homepage has shot down 5-6 pages for the keywords it was ranking for at the same time.

Ugh..

EDIT: My new designer only worked on the sidebar - and it still under construction.
