If you're using timthumb at all you have likely been hacked.
Check out: Sucuri - Monitor & Scanner dashboard to test your sites out. I've had at least one site done.

Is it just timthumb or is there two different hacks? and if scurri says clean is it clean?
Afaik, it is just timthumb. The author has made a fix for it but it needs to be manually updated in your themes folders.
