Default vBulletin and Wordpress (and PAS)

I currently have a website that has a vBulletin forums set up. I would like to move the front end stuff to WordPress, but just keep the /forums as they are in vBulletin. I want to just import the current user database into WordPress and have them keep signing up like normal and new users get copied over. I found this bridge below that sounds like it does exactly what I need, but I'm not positive. I was wondering if anyone else has done something similar to this and might be able to comment.

On a side note, I also use PAS which piggybacks off my VB database as well. I'm hoping that if users can just create 1 account and all 3 databases get updated. I know some of you have used WordPress and PAS together so if you could comment on how easy that was to set up, it would be very helpful.

Quick Bump. I'm still considering this and don't know the best way to do it. I was looking today and hopefully just trying to avoid setting up a Wordpress userbase at all. I'm not sure of what functionality I might lose, but setting up 2 separate bridges seems like it is asking for trouble down the road. I've already read that the latest WP update broke the WP-VB bridge and I really want to avoid things like that down the line.

Yes it did break the last WP-VB bridge and some sites still scrambling to fix. I sent you a PM with some suggestions.
