Importing RSS feeds into WP

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to input a number of RSS feeds and updated my blog on a regular basis?

For example, if I want to pull in news articles from a number of different sources, is it possible for me to install some kind of a plugin that will monitor these feeds and recreate them on my site (complete with all backlinks etc) when those feeds are updated?

This is a proven method for incurring a Google penalty. Maybe not EVERY site doing this gets penalized, but MANY do (and if you don't have permission to use the content in the feeds, you may receive takedown notices).

Even if you rewrite the articles and do not post the article until it has been rewritten?

That I don't know about. I've never heard of anyone using RSS feeds to get ideas for articles to rewrite.

I found a free tool that does this last week, its not totally automatic but pretty much does what you want if you turn it on and press update every now and then. Hit me up if you want the link to it.
