Simple more SEO Friendly Wordpress Theme?

2011 is great, also because it automatically supports mobile devices (mobile users get to see another version). What sucks is that in the post view the sidebar is gone, and it's not easy to have it back.

I usually just use Thesis because I'm familiar with it now...

If you need tweaks done to whatever theme you choose Will is great... I use him for all my designs now...

Thesis and Genesis (StudioPress) are both good. I prefer Genesis over Thesis. No matter which way you go you'll need to do some minor customizing though.

I also like the Genesis platform. They have a very good support forum as well.

Kevin if you install this plugin WordPress › Thesis OpenHook « WordPress Plugins then you aren't really required to play around with code.

Set the navigation where you want, alter the # of columns, change a few things in the CSS, it's fairly simple to customize it.

I'd definitely recommend Thesis.

I used to Thesis themes and Atahualpa .. but seriously end of day they had too many options for me. I went with stuff from elegant themes - started to visual my sites and features on the themes they provided... tweaked it a little and they look good. I didnt see the paying of ~$80 to access all their themes as a downside.

Thesis and Atahualpa was too hard to modify for me via the code.
