Mac Internet Connection Problem

Before I spend an hour on the phone with customer service I wanted to see if any tech guru's here know a quick fix for my problem...

After updating my Mac to the newest OS (I forget what it was called "Lion" or "Snow Leopard" or something - Versions 10.7.2) I've started having problems with my internet connection.

Every once in a while the "ISP" under Network Diagnostics will fail, and it disconnects. It will randomly start working again sometimes 10 seconds late, sometimes up to maybe 45 seconds later.

This started happening I think the day I updated the software.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

EDIT - Ignore this post... didn't end up working!

Pretty sure i got the Fix from Gydian... but will post here if it doesn't work.
