    Default Wordpress 3.3 Problem

I uploaded one site to the new Wordpress 3.3 with no problem, but I am getting a Fatal Error on a second and now I can't login to the wordpress back end (but the site seems to be working fine).

    The site is NHLPredictions.org

and this is the error I get when trying to view the wp-admin:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/content/91/5809591/html/nhlpredictions/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102

Does anyone have any idea? Will pay for help.

    Thanks

In the interim before finding someone to fix it.

    1) First FTP out your functions.php file in the theme, delete it and see if it works. If it doesn't fix upload it back in.
    2) back up and delete all plug ins folders/files. If it doesn't fix it upload back in.
    3) back up and delete your theme (this assumes you still have the default version that comes with wordpress installed). If doesn't fix upload it back in.
    4) reinstall wordpress files in case one didn't get installed properly.

(once fixed will need to reselect theme and activate plug ins)

At this point if still not sourced, seek help from a trained professional.

Similar problem people had upgrading to 3.0

WordPress Support Events Calendar and WordPress 3.0

Do you use events-calendar plugin? FTP in and delete the plugin folder. That should fix it if so.

FYI, this is an issue with Popup Domination for those that weren't aware.

Hm. Guess I got lucky. So far the only plugin problem I have run into is with WP Editorial Calendar, which stopped scrolling correctly with my mouse at work (I'm not sure if this is a platform issue or an incompatibility issue). I can scroll through the calendar with the arrow keys on the keyboard. Reported the problem to the vendor.

BTW -- this plugin is used to manage your posting schedule -- it's not an events calendar.
