I use Jungle Disk. They have an app you install on the server and you have a desktop app that you set all of your backup scheduling and which folders to back up. Seems to work pretty well but I haven't had to do a recovery (thank goodness) so I can't speak to that.

I have had good experiences with JungleDisk - not specifically for backup though.

If you are going to use it for backing up websites, codeguard.com and managewp.com are both worth looking into.

Do you have any experience with these? I have been looking for an easy way to back up my wordpress websites.
