    Ok cool at first I did'nt see and had to refresh the page to see it so I just wanted to make sure everyone did'nt have to do that to see the logo

    yes, I can see it in FF, IE and Chrome.

    However you should check the site in Chrome, the column to the right looks a bit strange to me.

    they are the different browsers people use to view websites.

    IE = internet explorer

    FF = firefox

    then theres chrome

    Site looks fine in FF3.0.5.

    In IE it loaded a little after the rest of the page, but it wasen't something that would worry me.

    You should probably set a doctype so you are sure how the page is shown.

    And remove some of all the <head> tags. It looks like you are calling the css file 5 times - you only need to do it once, and doing it multiple times could make things look a bit weird the first time you visit the site.
