Just wondering if there are any joomla users, or people who have knowledge of joomla programming. My site has met a huge problem and I have been unable to get an answer from anyone on the joomla community or the extension developers forums. This is really urgent, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

i need to create a customer management system, in which customer first sign up , and place its query , , queries are tackle by employees , all the information are stored in a database,
