WP 2.7.1 adding ".." to internal links??

Since I upgraded to WP2.7.1, the visual editor has been adding ".." to my internal linking within pages and posts. This is only on posts that I edit or create after upgrading. So it turns:

<a href = "/go/pokerstars/"> into <a href = "../go/pokerstars/">

This is obv messing up my links and it is doing this to images also. i.e.,

<img src = "/images/pic.jpg"> into <img src = "../images/pic.jpg">

This is making it so I have to edit the html manually much more than I would like. Has anyone else had this problem?
