Hosting support think I am a donk

Hi guys.

One thing I hate is to be treated like a donk when I contact any kind of support.

I mean, they usually assume you are helpless.

This is from godaddy:

we will need screenshots of the settings you have in place within your FTP client to further troubleshoot this matter. The term screen shot refers to "grabbing" a still image of the contents of your computer monitor that can be saved as a graphic file and printed, faxed, or emailed.

And he goes on explaining how to take a screenshot in Windows and Mac...

Do you have tales like that to share?

Well I did support for a site before and you'd be amazed how descriptive you have to be for some people.

GoDaddy is just catering to the lowest common denominator! LOL

OMG< I have been dealing with godaddy support since about 11pm last night. There is some weird issue that is not my issue and i keep getting these clueless dumbasses!!! I'm going to make another post to see if anyone has ever seen this issue before..

I'm about one more issue away from canceling my godaddy hosting
