    Default Trying to add a logo to a WP theme

    I've tried everything I know, which isnt much.,, Can anyone give me a hand?

    I think this is the header code I need, but I'm not sure.:
    Code:
    <div id="header">
      <div id="header-left">
    <?php if (get_option('to_logo') != ""): ?>
    <a href="<?php echo get_option('home'); ?>">
    <img alt="<?php bloginfo('name'); ?>" src="<?php echo get_option('to_logo'); ?>" /></a>
    <?php else: ?>
    <h1 stlye="color:#FFFFFF"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></h1>
    <?php endif;?>

    It is, was its actually a theme thing.. Now I have the logo up and stuff just isn't fitting right.. I dunno what I'm going to do.. If I could center the log I think I'll be good

    Thanks

    Most likely the problem relates to the width allocation in the style section for "header" or "header-left".

    See if the style dimensions are less than your actual logo size.

    What i usually try to do is if the theme came with a logo already just use the size of that and change it in photoshop and save with the same name as the origional and simply replace it with ftp.

    If I'm looking for something larger I'll change the header image and do away with the logo, also check you haven't got a banner on the right of the header that's fighting for room with the logo.

    The issue would be with formating the stylesheet, meaning you would need modifications to your CSS file. What those are specifically, can't tell you unless I see it. If you haven't figured it out by tomorow, set me up with an account and I'll fix it up for you. My e-mail is mypokercorner at hotmail dot com. That is also my MSN if you want to add me.

    Enclose it in a div
    Code:
    <div id="logo">
    <a href="<?=get_option('home'); ?>">
    <img alt="<?=bloginfo('name'); ?>" src="<?=get_option('to_logo'); ?>" />
    </a>
    </div>
    Add this to stylesheet:
    Code:
    #logo{margin:0 auto;}
    That'll center align it
