Q about Redirection Plugin

I'm using the redirection plugin from Urban Giraffe and I'm not sure if I'm having problems or not. When I go into the clicks log many of them have nothing listed under 'Referrer'. Some of them say wwwmysite.com, but many of them say nothing. Are the ones listed as mysite.com my own hits or could this be a sign of a tracking problem? I'm mostly concerned because I already think I'm having tracking issues and wondering if this could be the problem.

It could be... I just checked my log, and when I have a referrer listed, it is the actual site that referred me. In the interest of disclosure, I just installed redirection a few days ago... I was using platinum seo, which is very similar to all in one seo, but also handles redirects (supposedly). I was having issues as well, which is why i switched to redirection.

I have had nothing but trouble trying to use this plugin. I've had to take it off my sites. Could just be me though...
