help with poker tips iframe

I have a small poker tips iframe that autoupdates daily
tried to convert it into a widget or gadget but no luck

I thought there might be a few poker blogs out there who would be interested in putting it on their site for a link back but can't find any sites that would distribute iframe content.
any ideas?

I'ts very basic so would sit on any website and can be resized etc

I think iframes are supported by the "text" widget that comes with every wordpress, have you tried that?

I've never used wordpress - is this available in the free edition and have you seen any daily tips widgets that look like they might be automated? Is this possible?
