WordPress Peel Down Ad (That actually works) ???

Does anyone know a working wordpress peel down ad?

I have tried:

And none of them seem to work.

Will pay for someone to make me one that will go on all pages!

1.2b doesn't seem to work.
1.2a works, kinda..

It seems to increase load time by ca. 1 second.
