wordpress prob

okay, i just registered a domain and installed wordpress on it using fantastico

i can access the admin section perfectly, but when i go to the browser to view the site i get the 'internet explorer cannot display page' message

i registered the domain on bluehost

maybe i need to wait a day for everything to function properly? any ideas what would be wrong?
