Helping coders/designers with understanding what you want

I think this is a common problem that webmasters run into especially if they outsource their coding/designers. The problem is that many times, there is a disconnect or misunderstanding about what you really want in terms of the design or functionality with the site.

I've been playing around with a simple screen capture recording software that can help you show coders/designers what you want. It's called iShowU: iShowU - for OSX 10.4 (Tiger)

The program lets you record your screen and voice so you can describe exactly what you are looking for to a prospective consultant. The price is about $20 but well worth it in helping others understand exactly what you want with your coding/design requests.
