Looking for clean, simple mini-site templates

I'm looking for a simple two/three column template that can be used for generating mini sites.

I'd like it to be clean and sharp and not be totally over run with banner ads or huge fonts. Some kind of nice image header which could be easily changed would be a bonus too.

If anyone can recommend one I'd be really grateful. Alternatively if anyone wants to send me a quote for getting one done, then feel free although I should point out that I'm not looking to spend a lot.

In particular I'm looking for a solid two column that I can use as a static site in Wordpress.

Tom's highroller themes are great, but require some modification to handle this. Have you checked those out for your purposes though?

Yeah, I'm using Tom's theme on a couple of sites and love it - I think it's great.

I guess I'm just looking for something a little less 'complex.' Something that I can use to stick a 10/12 page site up without necessarily needing to worry about writing a series of blog posts if that makes sense ...

I am planning to make some more themes in the future and some of them will be free too. I am always open to ideas.

Honestly, you should try these:

Open Source Web Design - Download free web design templates.

As long as you know a bit of html and css to be able to tinker with them, these sites are a great resource if you're looking to throw up a quick 10-20 page mini site.

From my experience they are all very well coded. You can probably find a bunch more if you google something like "free css templates", "basic css templates" or something like that.
