Listing related articles in WP

Hi there,

I'm trying to add some extra functionality to the posts I make in Wordpress.

At the end of each post, I'd like a "Related Posts" list which highlights three or four posts either from the same category or perhaps with the same keyword tags.

Is this possible at all? And if so, what's the function that I need to include?
