Inserting Flash into WP post

I've been given a URL of a Flash movie that I'd like to insert into my blog.

Unfortunately, it's not hosted on anything like YouTube, so I can't just generate the necessary HTML to copy and paste into the post. Is there some kind of way to embed this Flash movie in much the same way that I'd insert an image (i.e. copying and pasting a URL into a popup box)?
