Incorporating Recent Forum Threads Into Seperate HTML Page

I have a simple HTML landing page (UK Sharks Poker) and would like to incorporate recently discussed threads/topics from the forum (UK Sharks Poker Forum) into it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this?

These two do the same sort of thing:

The first one just lists them and the second one puts them in a table.
