Loading really slow for me, like, 30+ seconds to finish the page load.

If your static sites hosted on the same server are loading up fine, the problem is very likely the database server.

Looks like you're hosting these on a VPS hosting account. I would talk to your host and have them look into the performance issues. There could be another VPS customer hogging the CPU/Memory resources of the server your sites are hosted on, which would give your database server fits.
