Just bought this. I'm a wordpress newb and this theme makes things pretty damn simple and sweet looking too. Bought the dev pack as I can't turn down a great deal.

I was going to do the same but they only have a few themes to choose from and though it says on their site (or here, or somewhere) that they plan to make a new theme every few weeks, they haven't made one in many months.

The promise of access to all future themes sounds excellent if this was their full-time gig and they churned out themes weekly or even monthly, but I get the feeling this is a side project for those guys and they have moved on to other things - so not likely to see many future themes (though I'm confident they will say this is not the case - actions speak louder than words).

Very happy with my theme and their support, so don't want to discourage people from getting a theme, but imo the developers pack is a tad misleading.

Yeah, i agree. At first you could interpret the first post like they were going to roll out a new gambling theme every two weeks or so. I later realized that this was not the case, but that they would send out a new theme for various niches every two weeks. Well, it's been quite a few two weeks since the launch of the spades theme, and still no new themes have been released. I was also promised a book that never arrived. So i must say that i'm a bit disappointed.

Nah, they don't even do this. They only have like 4-5 themes total, for all niche's combined, and unless I'm mistaken Spades was the last theme they released, in any niche (and the only poker theme) =/

Again, I'm very happy with the theme that I bought, but developers pack did not seem like good value to me.

Just wanted to update anyone who's previously purchased a theme or developers pack from ModThemes...

As of late last week StudioPress has acquired ModThemes.

What does this mean for current ModThemes customers?
All 5 current themes and 2 unreleased themes will be ported over to StudioPress as Genesis Child Themes along with our Total Social widget which will be upgraded with features and still be available for free. All current customers of any ModThemes theme will have access to download the new updated Genesis versions for free. Also all developers pack customers will now have access to all 30+ StudioPress themes as part of their Pro Plus Package.

We will make an announcement on the StudioPress blog in the coming 2 weeks when everything is moved over.

We're also going to offer all ModThemes customers 50% off any StudioPress Pro Plus package if they haven't already bought a developers pack from us and 25% off any themes on StudioPress.

That's good news! I was quite disappointed when I had purchased the developers package and no new themes were added. I was considering buying the studiopress package, so this i good timing.
Will there be any more gambling themes moving forward? Seems like studiopress focuses more on general themes.
Also, it's been about two weeks since your post now, can you give an approximate time of when the transfer is complete?
